Step 1. Prepping your office space

Step 3. Booking tours and getting feedback

Our aim is to get people to tour your workspace as this is the best way for them to understand your office space. If we book a tour you’ll be notified by email and in WALTA – we let you host your tours to make sure you’ll be a great fit together. We’ll provide you with a detailed info pack about the tenant and their requirements so you’ll be fully informed going into the casual 20-minute tour. If you need any help or advice, we’re always on hand to help, and we catch up with the prospective tenant after the tour to get their feedback and help close the deal. Every time we communicate with a prospective tenant, we update WALTA so you’re informed every step of the way – we share your aim of filling your office space.

Step 4. Making a deal

Through the process of helping the tenant find an ideal office space, we develop a close relationship and thorough understanding of their needs – this puts us in a good position to help make a deal that will work for them. We work between you and the tenant to reach an agreement that suits both of you – this might be the time we ask you to consider incentives, deals or add-ons to sweeten the deal. When we close the deal, we send out an online agreement for both you and the tenant to sign then we ordinarily receive the one-month bond and one-month upfront rent payment from the tenant through our secure payment system. We take our small fee out of this payment as we only win when you win, then every other monthly rent payment goes straight to you.

How can I get an update on where deals are at?

Every workspace owner has an account manager dedicated to them who is there to answer any questions around their space, tours and deal negotiation. We also have WALTA (Workspace and lead tracking assistant) our online portal which is available 24×7 to use where all the prospective tenants details are stored along with our teams unique insight into where they see the deal stage at.

Term of each deal varies depending on the needs of the business searching for an office space. As a guide our average customer generally needs space for 6-12 months however we do offer solutions anything from a day to several years.

Established workspace owners who are running a managed space like a serviced office generally manage the paperwork and funds transfers directly with the incoming tenant. For private owners of space not configured for this we offer a paperless online license agreement which can be signed on any device 24 x7. We also take care of the funds needed to secure the office space.
